We endeavor to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM PST - 4:00 PM PST. Orders are typically processed within 24 - 48 hours of receipt and then shipped in accordance with the method that you selected during check-out. We ship using FedEx and in accordance with their policies we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Additionally, due to myriad variables beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items shipped to the mailing address that you provided.
RETURNS - U.S.
The following return/exchange policy applies to orders shipped within the continental United States only.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, then you may return it to us for a SamaEyewearShop.com store credit. We must receive your return item(s), along with all packaging (e.g., case, cleaning cloth, backing card, temple sleeves, plastic bags, etc.) in like-new, resellable condition within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date. Please note that precious metal lenses, custom colored lenses, “Sale” and “Internet Only” items are “Final Sale” and non-returnable.
You can initiate a return by contacting us at email@example.com and providing us with the following information: (1) your name, (2) order number, (3) a list of the items being returned, and (4) the reason for your return. If your item(s) are eligible for return, then we will email you a return authorization number (“RA#”). Please carefully pack your items and all packaging as herein required, clearly write your RA# on the outside of your box, and return them to us within the required time period. We do not pay return shipping or for shipping of your replacement item(s). In an abundance of caution, we strongly suggest that you use FedEx, UPS or other shipper offering insurance and tracking services.
Items eligible for return in accordance with this Return Policy will be examined upon receipt. If your return is in full compliance with this Return Policy, then you will receive a SamaEyewearShop.com credit in the amount that you paid the item(s) minus (-) shipping charges. Items that are not eligible for return (e.g., beyond the fourteen day time period, not in like-new condition, missing packaging, etc.) will be returned to you at your expense. Shipping costs will not be credited and you shall remain responsible for the cost of shipping returns and replacement product.

All international orders are “final sale” and non-returnable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
